We are conscious that our task would be to capture and develop the information transmitted by the work promoter, which generate a unique and exclusive project done to your needs, with real and feasible ideas where your needs and dreams will be recorded. For these reason we develop a specific process of work in order to transform your ideas to realities.

From the initial draws done by our personal, we would develop the first ideas and proposals to be present to the owner mainly based in the needs and plans shared with them in the different visits.

These initial ideas are planned using two dimensional levels: ground floor and elevations; looking for the project general ideas, trying to reflect the needs without valuating the esthetical elements at that time. During meetings with the owner, as much as needed, either at the work property or in our studio; we will develop this first step until we get a distribution in accordance with the needs and taste of the owner.

Once the general space distribution and environments are agreed, we will move to study the materials to use, final colors and textures, visiting the different factories and expositions where the owner could see all the elements that will be part of its dwelling or local. In these expositions you will be able to test physically the different elements of the project.

For the final election of materials and colors we will develop the infographics needed to capture the last image of the project always in accordance with the final work.

Once defined and developed the entire project we will go through the process of budget, permission and develop of the work, where we supervise the technical and economic tasks. We will control the work certifications and invoices always adjusted to the accepted budget by the owner, arriving at the end with adjusted costs to the initial budget.
